2005 Cabernet Franc
Dark garnet color: purple rim. Mint and Red Currant on the nose. Complex layers of Black Cherry, Red Currant and Velvety Tannins fills the palate. A lingering finish of Sweet Oak. We highly recommend making a reduction sauce with this wine, some sweet red onion and the seasoning of your choice. After decanting, you will truly unleash the delicate fruit of this wine. We will release the 2005 in the fall. Supply is very limited and we strongly recommend joining the waiting list now so that you will be the first to be notified of the release date.

2005 Meritage
The oak gives hints of spice and sweet vanilla. While the palate combines plum and blackberry together with dried fruit and hints of date. Full-bodied, with fine tannins and a delicate, complex finish..Without a doubt this wine is quickly becoming our best seller ever.
Cabernet Sauvignon 41%, Petite Verdot 30%, Malbec 22% and Cabernet Franc 7%. We expect to release this just in time for thanksgiving.

2005 Naked Syrah Special Reserve
Why do we call this Naked Syrah? Because we remove all leaves from around the bunches of grapes on the vines, leaving them to ripen “naked” in the sun. This is our only Reserve this release. It is soft and smooth with a round pallet. Aromas of Spicy Cherries and Raspberries fill the glass. This delicate wine has velvety flavors of Black Raspberry and Mild Clove. The lengthy finish lingers on your palate. The finish is silky and definitely memorable. You don't want to miss this coming release, it won't last long. Petite Verdot is usually a tannic, black, unapproachable wine used for making Cabernet Sauvignon a bolder wine. We offer you a softer, fruit forward wine with velvety tannins and the strength that will keep up with the greatest of Cabernet Sauvignons. Notes of Black Currant, Spice and Bell Pepper. Enjoy this Wine with prime rib and or Blackened pepper meat. After decanting you will discover the voluptuous cocoa and subtle coffee notes come out. 2006 Chardonnay
This Barrel Fermented Chardonnay offers a nose of mango, honeydew, guava and fig. With flavors that are similarly ripe and luscious. The texture is lush but well focused and balanced with crisp acidity supporting the flavors of ripe pineapple, baked pear, apple tart and a hint of vanilla. This is an award winning wine consistent with past vintages that sell out rather quickly. It will only be available as a public offering for a short time. Soon it will be wine club only.

2006 Pinot Noir
The wine is medium bodied and rich, with dark fruit flavors such as black cherry and Asian plum. Pairing suggestions include ahi, salmon, poultry (particularly duck!), veal, pork and hearty vegetarian entrees. Fantastic with wild mushroom pizza, or wild mushroom anything! Will age for 5-10 years.

2007 Pinot Rose
This is our only "semisweet" wine, but it is definitely not a dessert wine. This wine sells out faster than any other and everyone will love this Rose. Fantastic taste of quality and an incredibly romantic package for that special date. Serve chilled on a warm day and you can not go wrong! The 2007 Rose is made from 100% Leona Valley Pinot Noir grapes.

Reserve 2006 Chardonnay
Opens with toasty, buttery scents from barrel and malolactic fermentation. As the wine airs, lovely fresh layered pear, Fuji apple and ripe melon scents emerge, with subtle mineral tones. Soft and creamy, offering nutty, medium-bodied flavors, slight influences of herb amid the ripe pear and sweet honeysuckle notes. With hints of vanilla in the long, luxurious finish.

Complex and vibrant, with a beautiful dark color and aromas of black cherry, black truffle, white pepper, mixed berries, earth, smoke, violets, Asian spices, and minerals. In the mouth, the wine mirrors the aromatics with a succulent texture.
