2004 Cabernet Sauvignon
The elegant texture of this wine is held together with a level of structure and complexity only matched by its balance. 2005 Cabernet Franc
Dark garnet color: purple rim. Mint and Red Currant on the nose. Complex layers of Black Cherry, Red Currant and Velvety Tannins fills the palate. A lingering finish of Sweet Oak. We highly recommend making a reduction sauce with this wine, some sweet red onion and the seasoning of your choice. After decanting, you will truly unleash the delicate fruit of this wine.

2005 Meritage
The oak gives hints of spice and sweet vanilla. While the palate combines plum and blackberry together with dried fruit and hints of date. Full-bodied, with fine tannins and a delicate, complex finish..Without a doubt this wine is quickly becoming our best seller ever.
Cabernet Sauvignon 41%, Petite Verdot 30%, Malbec 22% and Cabernet Franc 7%.

2005 Petite Verdot
What a pleasant surprise to so many who have never tasted Petite Verdot. Beware... this one sells out fast because once you try it..............you always come back for more. Truly a unique fun wine for everyone. For those of you who know this wine from last year, believe it or not... this vintage is even better. WOW!

2006 Chardonnay
This Barrel Fermented Chardonnay offers a nose of mango, honeydew, guava and fig. With flavors that are similarly ripe and luscious. The texture is lush but well focused and balanced with crisp acidity supporting the flavors of ripe pineapple, baked pear, apple tart and a hint of vanilla.

2006 Chardonnay Special Reserve
Opens with toasty, buttery scents from barrel and malolactic fermentation. As the wine airs, lovely fresh layered pear, Fuji apple and ripe melon scents emerge, with subtle mineral tones. Soft and creamy, offering nutty, medium-bodied flavors, slight influences of herb amid the ripe pear and sweet honeysuckle notes. With hints of vanilla in the long, luxurious finish.

2006 Pinot Noir
The wine is medium bodied and rich, with dark fruit flavors such as black cherry and Asian plum. Pairing suggestions include ahi, salmon, poultry (particularly duck!), veal, pork and hearty vegetarian entrees. Fantastic with wild mushroom pizza, or wild mushroom anything! Will age for 5-10 years.

2006 Pinot Noir Special Reserve
Complex and vibrant, with a beautiful dark color and aromas of black cherry, black truffle, white pepper, mixed berries, earth, smoke, violets, Asian spices, and minerals. 2007 Cherry Wine
This is our only "semisweet" wine, but it is definitely not a dessert wine. This Wine will not be released until this summer and is made from Leona Valley Chardonnay grapes and ripe cherry juice infusion.
We expect to be quite busy this coming Cherry season. Schedule your tasting room visit now and come taste cherry wine after picking Cherries in the local orchards.
